Leitir Mealláin Audio Tour
The brand new bilingual Audio Trail has been created to cleverly capture key points in Leitir Mealláin’s colourful history and life up to the current day. The island’s history over the past 3 Centuries includes John Millington Synge’s visit with Jack Yeats on behalf of the Manchester Guardian in 1905.
Central to the experience is the awakening for all of Leitir Mealláin’s coastal and shoreline and the health, motivational and educational benefits it has for all.
The Ionad na Feamainne Audio Tour app project has been supported by Fáilte Ireland’s Digital That Delivers Programme.
